A New Way to PUG!

The Baltimore, MD based PUG (Pictage User Group) did things a little different this month.  We ventured out to Wendy Hickok Photography for our studio spotlight.  It was a great success.  Wendy shared how she handles the client experience during the initial meeting.  She has a fabulous set up in her home that converts to client space when necessary.  She is, indeed, the Hostess with the Mostest by offering yummy food, drink, and conversation before they even discuss the wedding details.  Later, she casually brings them into another room that displays her work and albums.  She had some great tips for organizing each client she books and unique marketing materials throughout the process of the client relationship.
